I will inform the Customer of any incident or anything which the I notice about the Dog, which i feel is relavant
Dogs must have up to date inoculations and flea treatment before in my care. Any case of fleas will be treated by me at your cost.
In case of emergency your vet will be contacted for advice or treatment at the your expense. The Customer undertakes to reimburse the full amount incurred if this hapens. I will do my best to inform you of any issues first
Before you can use any services you will need to register your pet.
Agressive tendencies cannot be catered for and will not be tolerated.
Males that stay for daycare and boarding must be neutered

Q. What will I need to provide for my dog? enough food for the duration of your dogs stay and any treats allowed, your dog's bed. Collars and leads must be supplied if they are specific ie haltis,flexi leads.
Q. is the garden safe? yes it is fully enclosed and dogs are watched the entire time
Q. will my dog be left alone? someone in the family will always be with the dogs.
Q.Where will my dogs sleep? most dogs like to sleep downstairs with my dog, given the choice, but your dogs can stay where ever it usally sleeps at home
Q. Do you require a deposit? a 50% deposit is required for stays over a week
Q. What happens if my dog is ill while I am away? I will take your dog directly to your own Vet in preference or otherwise to the my local vet at your expense. I will contact you on your emergency number.
Q. My dog is on medication. can you cater for this? yes as long as you give full details and instruction
Q. will my dog be let off lead? Your dog will be exercised according to your wishes. If it usually stays on lead it stays onlead, if allowed off lead, after a couple days depending on the dog recall. you must accept full responsibility and liability for your dog while off the lead if your dog runs away, gets lost, causes an accident, bites someone or gets into a fight with another dog.
Q. Do you accept puppies? yes any age is welcome, although if a dog causes alot of damage ie chewing furniture, costs may occur
Q. can you house multiple dogs? yes i except multiple dogs from the same house and also will an onwers permission different household, depending on the dogs.
